2. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; or Cloudflare Germany GmbH). When you access the site, technically necessary server log data is processed (including IP address, date/time, file requested, user agent) to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to third countries are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Media (Pexels)
Images and videos are sourced from Pexels (Pexels GmbH) and delivered via our own media domain (media.goseasonly.com, Cloudflare R2). No personal data is transmitted to Pexels in the process.
4. Fonts (Google Fonts)
We load the "Montserrat" font via Google Fonts. This may establish a connection to Google servers (Google Ireland Ltd.) and transmit your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Affiliate tracking & partner widgets (Travelpayouts) — consent only
With your consent, we load scripts from Travelpayouts (tpembars.com) that evaluate affiliate links, embed price/booking widgets, and may set cookies or comparable technologies for this purpose. This processing only takes place after your active consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the cookies in your browser.
6. Cookies & consent
We set technically necessary cookies (e.g. to store your cookie choice) on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG without consent. All non-essential services (see section 5) are activated solely after your consent.
7. Contact form
If you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry. Delivery to us is handled by our email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as a processor under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We keep the message only as long as needed to process your request and any follow-up, then delete it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details listed in section 1.
